In the heart of downtown PDX Park Plaza came to cd needing a fresh marketing strategy to draw qualified traffic and fill their high rise apartment quickly.

Being in a demanding market with many higher end communities much effort was spent developing the feel of the piece and the community’s message.

The mailer was very successful as the apartment community filled quickly even while under a major renovation and during a typical slow season.
